Evaluate
A missing or cracked tile is often only the visible part of the problem. During our evaluation, we look for why the tile failed and whether surrounding areas are beginning to fail too. One missing tile can sometimes mean ten more are already loose and ready to come off.
We also check for outside forces that may be contributing to the damage, including concrete movement, pressure on the tile, and damaged or failing bond beams. Understanding the cause helps us recommend the right repair instead of simply covering up the problem.
TILE MATCHING
Make the Repair Blend In
The best repair is one you barely notice. Whenever possible, we start by matching the tile already on your pool. Many homeowners have extra tile left from the original installation, and existing tile can sometimes be carefully reused or taken from a less-visible area of the pool.
When that's not an option, we work with multiple tile suppliers and maintain our own inventory of tile remnants and discontinued styles to give us the best chance of finding a close match.
REPAIR
Repair It Right, Not Just Fast
A lasting tile repair starts underneath the tile. Simply gluing a loose tile back in place and covering it with grout may look fixed, but it can fail again within weeks or months.
We remove failed material and prepare the repair back to a solid gunite surface before installing the tile. That gives the new installation a proper foundation and allows us to repair the area correctly—not just make a temporary patch.

The Art Is Making the Repair Disappear. A strong repair is only half the job. The real craftsmanship is making the finished area look like it was never repaired at all.Tile alignment, spacing, grout lines, color, and the transition into the existing pool all matter. When needed, we also clean the surrounding tile and grout to help the repaired area blend naturally with the existing pool.

Can you match my existing pool tile?
Usually, yes. We start with any extra tile you may have, then check our suppliers and inventory of discontinued tile. When an exact match isn't available, we'll help find the closest option or another way to make the repair blend naturally.
Can you retile and save my plaster
We absolutly Can if your plaster is in good condition. Replacing tile can update your entire yard without the cost of new plaster or pebbletec.
Why did my pool tile fall off or crack?
There are several possible causes, including failed bonding material, movement, damaged bond beam, or pressure from surrounding concrete. We evaluate the area first because fixing the underlying problem is the key to making the repair last.
Can you just glue a loose tile back on?
We don't recommend it. A lasting repair means removing the failed material and getting back to a solid surface before resetting the tile. Simply gluing a tile back in place can look fine temporarily but fail again within weeks or months.
Do you have to drain my pool?
Usually not completely. For many repairs, we only need to lower the water enough to properly access the damaged area. We'll determine what's necessary during the evaluation.
Will my tile look new again?
Most repairs and tile cleans go extremely well. We'll evaluate yours beforehand and set realistic expectations. We don't Promise new. We promise Refreshed.
